A gravel driveway is not always installed as a cheaper option to a block pave driveway. Many gravel drives are required as they suit the house and area better.

We install our gravel driveways to a high specification, always using a membrane between the hard core and soil; to prevent weeds. We dig out between 200-300mm for the driveway depending on the soil conditions before laying the sheeting, hard core and then gravel.
