New block paved drive.
When I started planning to replace my gravel drive with a block pave drive I visited the Marshalls web site as I know they have a factory in Sandy and I like to use local companies.
I selected 3 Marshall approved contractors to quote for the new block paved drive, AMS Building and Landscaping was one of the three I contacted. Andy from AMS Building and Landscaping was the first person to respond to me my request and the first to visit my home and measure up for the quote. Andy gave me the Marshalls catalogue to look though and he gave me his recommendation of colours and style, none of the others went into so much detail. From the start Andy was very passionate about the project.
The quote from AMS Building and Landscaping was very detailed and all what I asked for. I waited for the other two companies to quote then selected AMS Building and Landscaping to be my selected contractor.
A date was set to start the work, on that morning the team from AMS Building and Landscaping arrived, Andy talked me through the job and introduced me to the team going to do the job. From the start the team from AMS Building and Landscaping were very polite, helpful and tidy in their work.
The first day was to remove the old gravel and prepare the outer edge of the project, the second day was to prepare the foundation of the block paving in the morning then start laying blocks in the afternoon. One the third day the job was completed by lunch time with everything cleaned swept up then Andy walked me around the job to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the work.
After living at my home for 10 years plus I’ve had many contractors doing various jobs at my bungalow and must say Andy and his team from AMS Building and Landscaping out shine all previous contractors. So, I asked Andy to quote for another job in my back garden, which is to lay a new patio area.
I would 100% recommend AMS Building and Landscaping for block paving and landscaping as it was such a pleasure meeting and doing business with them, a great company with a great team.
